Lodging: | Guests stay in rustic and spacious cabins with modern conveniences, all opening to a panoramic view of the scenic Wise River Valley and Pioneer Mountains. The "home pool" on the Wise is only a few steps away. Discriminating anglers will find the well-appointed accommodations clean and comfortable. Moose, elk, deer and mountain goats abound in the immediate area and it's not uncommon to see one during the week. |

Food/Dining: | Chef Lanette Evener will be back for her fourteenth season and clients have raved about her cooking. Gwen Walters features Lanette's recipes in "The Great Ranch Cookbook" and you won't be disappointed. During the week you might have grilled salmon for dinner, with a mustard dill sauce, paired with a colorful and tasty rice pilaf and finish with a fresh baked almond cake and homemade ice cream. Lunch could be marinated tri-tip roast on a fresh baked roll and Mexican corn salad with a sweet and tart lemon bar to tide you over until dinner. |
